At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our salsas, guacamole, beans, pico, shredded chicken, ground beef, soup and much more. We also locally source our ingredients and produce (when available). The history of MasFajitas started over 20 years ago when brothers, Albert and Mario Sorto “learned” at their uncle’s restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today. They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997.Times have come and gone, Caldwell’s MasFajitas is the town’s favorite place to go and expansions took place to accommodate the increase in business. Taylor MasFajitas was born in 2005, Round Rock joined the team in 2011, Georgetown in 2016 and Killeen in 2017. One thing has remained consistent during these decades of hard work, their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday! Our guests tell us their favorite dishes are prepared here like no other place. The Caldwell Special (#1 hands down!), Steak Ranchero, Shrimp a La Mexicana, Enchiladas Verdes, and the Hot Skillet Apple Pie are on top of their list everytime.
